Product Description

CTS Turbo IS38-style electronic wastegate actuator, frequently used as a replacement for the 06K145725S / IHI 24085-04 actuator. It is a direct replacement for the factory actuator on IHI IS12, IS20, IS38 or hybrid turbos.

  • Fits 2015–2020 VW Golf 7 1.8 TSI, GTI 2.0 TSI and Golf R, 2019+ Jetta GLI, and 2015–2020 Audi A3 8V 1.8 / 2.0 TSI and S3
  • Compatible with CTS BOSS kits for MQB cars and aftermarket hybrid turbos (not the APR DTR6054)
  • Follow the factory procedure for IS38 actuators to set the wastegate closing voltage
  • Does not fit Gen 3 non-MQB engines or 1.4 TSI engines
  • Supplier-stated: tested to handle 550+ hp
