Shipping policy
We ship our automotive parts directly from our production partners and partner warehouses to your doorstep, no matter where you are in Europe.
Order Processing & Production Times: The time needed to prepare your order depends on the product material and the warehouse it is shipped from:

Fiberglass Parts (Made to Order): Because these parts are custom-made, the laminating, curing, quality control inspection, and packaging process typically takes 1 to 3 weeks before dispatch.

Plastic Parts: The processing time for plastic items generally takes 2 to 5 business days before dispatch, depending on stock availability at the respective partner warehouse.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Transit Times: Since our products can be bulky, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery location of your items.

Shipments from Portugal (Portugal & Spain): Typically, you can expect delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipments from Germany: Generally, it takes about 5–9 business days after dispatch (or quicker for countries close to Germany) through specialized freight and cargo networks like DHL, UPS, Dachser, and others.
Note on Multiple Shipments: If you order fiberglass parts and plastic parts together, they may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses. This means your items may arrive on different days.
International Shipping: If you are ordering from outside the EU, please be aware that you will be responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes when your order arrives.
Delivery & Transit Damage: Please make sure to inspect the package before signing for it. If the box looks crushed, torn, or damaged when the courier hands it to you, write "Damaged Box / Damaged Product" on the delivery sheet before signing, and take photos immediately. If you sign for the package as "perfect" and later discover the item is broken, the transport insurance will not cover the damage, and we will not be able to issue a replacement.
